That time i solved the problem by accepting the new terms and conditions by logging into my account using my ps3 that luckily i still have.
infact i asked a friend of mine to try to log into my account through his ps4 but it didn’t worked (of course he can use his own psn account normally on his ps4). Because of this I’m completely sure this issue is not related in any way to my internet connection/settings cause, as i said, even another person with a different ps4 and different Net connection is not able to access to my account (and he gets the same “an error has occurred”).
